A Machine Earth, or Love

Driven by guilt insert card into machine
It doesn't care credit or debit for your incurring debt
Beneath your feet you let the earth die
For your self spending system economy
Before we'd lift a finger or vote for change
We'd let the earth starve to fill our own lust

Congratulations, happy earth day
We continue stealing life for comfortous self decay
The end result a metallic deluded planet
Impossible for her loving heart to still beat
Surrender to the earth revolt of will towards peace

How can you live with yourself denying the knowing
That with your every spending you support the global machine
Your gluttony masquerades as never ending internal disorder
Just another justification to avoid helping earth, the external
A comfort system like our mother's holds our hands now
Wake up and embrace the sight of our society's great shame

Instead you live with lies
A sinful truth you label a disorder
Under the burning feelings you cut ties
Believing no one has ever controlled the lusts
And thus no one could ever understand
The mind visions of your self loathing hate

An internal war that waves ever on
When will you let the earth speak
You hold global counsels for your economy
But outside the seas rage ever on
Hear the children's precious voices

A revolt from all directions
As her revolution deconstructs our mental security
She screams out in an absolution of pain
The truth is man kind is her greatest shame
We care only for our own selfish comfort resources

That our earth is simply a mistake
And we are all just part of its daily tragedy
When will we treat this half hearted creation with a shed of decency
Is there a possibility of a equality towards others
And our earth mother given some respect?

Could you ever sit still in the quiet long enough
To hear her multitude of crying voices
Children bare feet on sinister concrete
All her voices bringing us to a realm of caring
Eventually in the wisdom of love to our knees

There will never be a new earth
Never will we see her beautiful birthing head crowning
Its creation or evolution to care for it is our destiny
Built up the care in your heart and join the revolution
Of an earth revolt of a new mankind self willed into caring
If we don't soon no eternal forces will save us
She'll surrender our tragedy to the mankind machine
