Don't be afraid
I alone didn't create this message
Its not some deluded enchantment
A forward view of progression

Take our unsatisfying obsessions
Make us into our own martyrs
This is the most ancient message
To our inner voice we're responding

This isn't some new ideal
Nor a religion against science
I just realized this world is treacherous
Our own death is impending
So grab hold be vigilant of your future

In every small step is a transmission
We become a martyr to our own obsessions
