The Only Test

I didn't meet my objective
But to linger in the past is dangerous
I set myself ablaze upon request
To send a message for equality
The only test worth the living

I found my escape
In my final f(r)iendship
Terminating the world I see
But not them only the knife in me

I let my gaurd down
And once again made my final fiend
Made it with the edge of a knife
Hell bent I gave her the name Annabelle

I built my wisdom in reality
Watching people fall like snow
Then fade out of living memory
Winter is a dangerous time
Too much time to neglect fate
To sit and wait instead of forcing it

In my final moments
I do not think of what could have been
I set myself ablaze upon request
To serve an example for equality
The only test worth the living
