Poetry & Podcasts September 19th

Some of these poems are old,
Odes to another soul's  days,
Some remain in their first draft,
Raw and unedited for power's sake
Soon to be replaced with a second edition
Some are of the darkness while others are hopeful
Content in counter culture to current events
Use tale herein told
From an empathetic imagination
To heal, find hope, or inspiration
Or words for a wound long hidden
May the light of equality radiate
Ending prejudice and bullying

 Mourning After

Hope...

You can't fool us anymore, I am far too clever.  A single dream, it is designed to relieve, close my eyes one last time, watch the future & past collide behind closed... In the inner eye. Nothing foretold of death like an inferno, yet hell hath no fury over anyone. We are free, in virtue if lived.

No more hiding behind your inner eye dream windows, time to taste the end of & see if I regret. One last wasted breath ascending,

No more hiding behind your inner eye dream windows, time to taste the end of & see if I regret. Melt down every flower, All  fragrances are a memory intoxication in the aftermath of our well wrought human condition apocalypse, We adored greed far too long...

Please end this ruthless dream,Children sold off to sexual trade factions while youth are raped on buses, Dying days after the torment of meaningless penetration, Nothing says hullo to the end like our current purpose: Greed, Selfish comfort protection. Our only intention.

Show my face one last time to the dead sea, No one dreams of me in reality, Only who they wanted me to be, Ruined all content from self for the world, Admitting I'm neither gay, straight or bisexual,Existing on the edge of all, Forlorn and lonely, A poet's voice demands all time.

Why hold back the smile, Does it dance about thy lips at all? Hide it not, for its ripple effect can change the world! Blue eyed dream equals yes, written in the stars is her impact, on the hollowed out dream walls of so many lives...
